General Ledger
The General Ledger module is the heart of the Linear Accounting System. Information produced in this module is based on data from transactions entered directly in this module and data updated online from the Debtor and Creditor modules. The integration between the modules ensure real-time account balances in the General Ledger module. This translates to the availability of up-to-date Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements for viewing and printing.

Debtor
The Debtor module is where transactions relating to Sales and Collection are entered. This module is linked to the General Ledger module. When documents are saved or deleted in this module, the relevant Accounts in the General Ledger module are immediately updated to reflect the changes. This online updating method enables the querying and reporting of up-to-date information in the General Ledger module.
