Linear Membership System Version 1.11
The Membership System was custom developed in response to a request from a client who runs a recreational club. The main purpose of the system is to enable the client to maintain a database of membership information and trac a member's fee collection process.
When a new member joins the club, the system is used to enter the member's particulars and record the membership fee collection. A completed Membership Application form and Receipt can then be printed out. Monthly subscription fees collected from existing members can also be recorded and Receipts for these transaction cans be printed out.
The system was requested in order to enable the client to quickly determine which member's have yet to pay their subscription fee for a particular month and determine the total uncollected fees for a particular month from all members. The client believes that using the system, the fee collection process can be speeded up thus ensuring the revenue from the Club can be recorded in a timely manner which will benefit the company in the long run.
